Before meeting Nik, Yvonne passionately solo-traveled through 50-something countries, staying in homes, hostels, luxury hotels...you name it. Meanwhile, when Nik wasn't in Avalon, he was catching waves in some of the world's most far-flung destinations. Since we met (on Instagram!) we've criss-crossed America on long road trips, Zissou in tow, greedily eating our way through glittering cities and sleepy small towns. We obviously love to travel, and we started Bougie Beach Bums to share our love of travel and making friends of strangers with you.
