Located on a quaint country road, you are only 5 minutes from town amenities, 15 minutes to Stone Harbor, and 20 minutes to Avalon, Wildwood's famous boardwalk scene, and Cape May's Victorian charm. Jump on your bike for a quick ride to Delaware Bay, where you can enjoy panoramic views across the water.
When you're not at the beach or exploring Cape May County, make yourself at home. With over 2 acres of land and a private pond, this charming rancher offers unmatched privacy and room to play. The resident hens, who are quiet and friendly, can't wait to welcome you. Across the street, a peaceful alpaca farm is also home to a horse and minature donkey, both of whom love to greet visitors.
This artful and modest home is ideal for quiet relaxation, connecting with nature, and bonding with each other. Start your day with coffee at the small bistro set in front. Unroll your yoga mat in the pagoda. Read by the private pond. Relax and recharge, surrounded by nature.
The house itself is an airy 1,232 sqft. Gather around the farmhouse-style dining table in the spacious kitchen. Step through the back door where a west-facing deck is equally ideal for catnaps or sunset dinners. Complete the day with s'mores and stories around the fire pit. Wind down with AC indoors and board games or Smart TV.
Serene, private, inviting: This is the place for perfect days down the Shore. Drop anchor here and get bougie with us.

What do you get when you bring together a marketing professional with deep experience in travel and hospitality, and a five-star massage therapist? A vacation experience thoughtfully designed to make you feel cared for.
Before meeting Nik, Yvonne passionately solo-traveled through 50-something countries, staying in homes, hostels, luxury hotels...you name it. Meanwhile, when Nik wasn't in Avalon, he was catching waves in some of the world's most far-flung destinations. Since we met (on Instagram!) we've criss-crossed America on long road trips, Zissou in tow, greedily eating our way through glittering cities and sleepy small towns. We obviously love to travel, and we started Bougie Beach Bums to share our love of travel and making friends of strangers with you.
The house we offer you is our first home together, our marital home. Over the years, we worked on it, project by project, and created what you see today. This is not a flip or investment house. It's always been filled with love and happiness for us. We hope you catch that vibe during your stay. We lived year-round in this house for 5+ years, so we have all the knowledge you need to feel like a local, no matter what the season. Don't be afraid to ask!
