Sleeping Arrangements
While we can sleep 4-7 guests, we think you would be most comfortable as a mix of 4 adults / 2 adults and 2 kids / 4 adults and 2-3 kids. Absolutely not more than 7 occupants, and preferably six or less.
NB: Bookings of more than 5 adults will not be accepted. This is for your own safety and comfort.
Bedroom 1: "Stone Harbor"
Queen Size Bed
This bedroom has a desk and stool, one nightstand, a bench, and a small cabinet. This room also has the twin bed in it.

Twin Bed aka The Submarine
This single bed is in a niche and elevated off the ground. The mattress is 24"x78" (almost a twin-size bed). Meant for kids!
Bedroom 2: "Avalon"
King Size Bed
This oversized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a desk and chair, two nightstands, two comfy chairs + an accent table.
Not a bedroom: "Wildwood"
Sofabed
The pull out sofa in the living room is 42"x71" (almost a full-size bed), best for one adult under 5'8 OR for 1-2 kids.

Before meeting Nik, Yvonne passionately solo-traveled through 50-something countries, staying in homes, hostels, luxury hotels...you name it. Meanwhile, when Nik wasn't in Avalon, he was catching waves in some of the world's most far-flung destinations. Since we met (on Instagram!) we've criss-crossed America on long road trips, Zissou in tow, greedily eating our way through glittering cities and sleepy small towns. We obviously love to travel, and we started Bougie Beach Bums to share our love of travel and making friends of strangers with you.
The house we offer you is our first home together, our marital home. Over the years, we worked on it, project by project, and created what you see today. This is not a flip or investment house. It's always been filled with love and happiness for us. We hope you catch that vibe during your stay. We lived year-round in this house for 5+ years, so we have all the knowledge you need to feel like a local, no matter what the season. Don't be afraid to ask!
