Our Villas Vacation Rental: Bayside Serenity

Just steps from the sand, our Villas home is designed for smaller groups who’d rather linger over a meal in Cape May than stand over a stove. The wineries are less than 10 min away. The shore towns are 15–20 minutes away. The beach is 3 homes away.
This is not a typical Jersey Shore vacation home. Our TV is modest. There’s no nightlife within walking distance. But that’s not why you were coming.You come to unplug. To slow down. To simplify. Remember what vacation felt like before everyone had a screen in their pocket. When out of office meant actually out. When you came back genuinely rested instead of just relocated.
The quiet here is the whole point. A good night’s sleep. A covered porch surrounded by hydrangeas and a climbing rose that makes it very hard to leave. A fresh cup of coffee under a handsome maple tree before strolling 80-ish steps to a beach so unknown it’s almost private.
We designed this space for the moments that are hardest to find at home. Read something you’ve been meaning to read. Chit chat and play Scrabble or Mahjong until you forget what time it is. Search the water for dolphins. Treat yourself to an on-site massage. Why not?
The living area includes a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker — everything you need to ease into the morning or wind down at night, without the fuss of a full kitchen.
Whether you wish to escape, unwind or recharge, our Villas home welcomes you as both a sanctuary from everyday life, and the perfect jumping-off point to explore the Shore.Location

Late Check-Out
Enjoy a full extra morning with our rare, complimentary 12:00pm late check-out.
Add early check-in and make your stay even more indulgent (our regular check-in is at 5:00pm):
- Check-in between noon and 4:00pm for an additional $100
- Check-in between 9:00am-noon for an additional $200
Superior Sleep Experience
Getting a good night's sleep in an unfamiliar room can be frustrating. That's why we researched every element of a better sleep experience and you'll find black-out blinds and plush Lincove Premium Pillows in our bedrooms.
Seamless Beach Luxury
Don't pack a thing! We include beach towels, backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler with ice packs already in the freezer waiting for you. There's even SPF and mosquito repellant.
Complimentary Snack Bar
A stocked snack drawer with complimentary treats awaits, plus non-alcoholic beverages in the mini fridge to welcome you.
The Concierge Experience
Your hosts live onsite, which means you have access to a concierge who can assist you in everything from trip-planning to trouble-shooting (but hopefully not the latter!).

Rates and availability
- Check-in is at 5pm and check-out is at 12pm.
- A 2-night minimum applies throughout the high season, 1-night minimum in the low season, except on long weekends.
- This home is only available to book on Airbnb, except for our Unwind & Wine promotion.
House Rules
- Occupancy of more than 4 guests is not permitted. Guests 18-24 years old must have parental consent to stay with us without supervision.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted on premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of up to $1,000.
- Damage to our home and loss of items (such as towels, furnishings, kitchenware, games, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
- Quiet hours apply between 10pm-8am.
- Hosts must be notified of any visitors to this property, even if it's just to the porch. Host reserves the right to end any visits. Visitors must not stay past 10pm.
Are you pet-friendly?
- No. Our own dog Zissou lives with us at the Villas. She is wonderful with humans of all sizes! Because there is already a dog onsite, we cannot allow other dogs to stay here. Thank you for your understanding.
Are you toddler friendly?
- This house has not been child-proofed but it is relatively toddler-friendly (for example, our living room coffee table is round, our bed frames are fabric-covered).
- Also, there are no steps inside the home.
- Please refer to our gallery to check each room and let us know if you have specific questions.
Are you ideal for guests with mobility challenges?
- There are no steps inside the home.
- There are two steps leading up to the home.
- The shower is a regular shower.

Our linen standards
Unlike many Shore homes where you have to rent or bring your own linens, we've got you covered. Our linens go through a triple check system. Everything is cleaned using an earth-friendly detergent that's unscented and gentle on sensitive skin without harsh chemicals.
