Located just 3 houses from Delaware Bay's famous sunsets, our NEW vacation rental will thrill you with the same joyful vibes and heart-felt hospitality that we have come to be known for.

Our Villas rental is ideal for smaller groups who love the idea of being 1 minute to the beach and taking an evening stroll to the end of the street for Milky Way ice cream. This is a shared home (we live in the back) with your own separate entrance, a private patio, and 645 square feet to yourselves.
There is one king bed and one full bed, plus one full bath. The charming living area includes a compact kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker—perfect for sips and snacks—just enough to make your stay easy and comfortable.

This is the place for lazy days and dreamy sunsets. Drop anchor here and get bougie with us.

The lavenders of the king bedroom are drawn from bay sunsets. We love patterns as much as we love color; we hope you find our wallpaper selection as charming as we do.

Rates and availability
Check-in is at 5pm and check-out is at 2pm.
A 2-night minimum applies throughout the year, except on long weekends.
Our weekday rate is $249 and our Friday and Saturday rates is $309 per night.
The cleaning fee is additional.

Booking policy
Direct booking reservations are held with a 50% deposit fee at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is charged 15 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable.
A $120 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. This fee will be charged 24 hours pre-arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free to make up to 31 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will be charged at 50%.
Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will be fully charged.
Alternatively, we are happy to reschedule your dates outside of the high season (mid-June to first week of Sept).
There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures.
House Rules
Occupancy of more than 4 guests is not permitted. Guests 18-24 years old must have parental consent to stay with us without supervision.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of up to $1,000.
Damage to our home and loss of items (such as towels, furnishings, kitchenware, games, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
Quiet hours apply between 10pm-8am.
Hosts must be notified of any visitors to this property, even if it's just to the porch. Host reserves the right to end any visits. Visitors must not stay past 10pm.
Are you pet-friendly?
No. Our own dog Zissou lives with us at the Villas. She is wonderful with humans of all sizes! Because there is already a dog onsite, we cannot other dogs to stay here. Thank you for your understanding.
Are you toddler friendly?
This house has not been child-proofed but it is relatively toddler-friendly (for example, our living room coffee table is round, our bed frames are fabric-covered).
Also, there are no steps inside the home.
