Anyone can refer new guests; prior stay not required.

The referer must be able to accept their commission via Venmo or a U.S. bank-depositable check.

The referer may not be part of the referred booking party, ie: if Jane is referring John to stay with Bougie Beach Bums, John's reservation cannot include Jane as a guest.

The referee must be a first-time guest at Bougie Beach Bums.

For the referrer to receive your commission, the referee must mention your name and include a method of contacting you at the time of booking.

The 3% is calculated on the nightly rate (excluding cleaning and pet fees). See below for a sample of what a commission might look like.

The commission will be issued via either Venmo or a U.S. bank-depositable check on the day of the referee's check-out. We will contact you when your referee books with us to ask your preference.

Receive 3% for each new guest who books directly with us.

Repeat stays by the same referee do not qualify; ie: If Jane refers John to Bougie Beach Bums, Jane will receive a commission for John's first stay only, not for any future bookings John makes.
