    Located in Middle Township, we're 10-15 minutes to Stone Harbor and Wildwood, 15-20 minutes to Avalon and Cape May, and just 5 minutes to CMCH town amenities. With over 2 acres of land and a private pond, this charming rancher offers unmatched privacy and room to play.

    Photo ID and two pieces of recent mail corresponding with the mailing address on your photo ID will be required.
